Childish Gambino gives more visuals from his LP, Camp. This time to my personal favorite song, Heartbeat. 

If you want to know the meaning about the song, I think this YouTuber did a good job deciphering it:

The car ride represents their entire relationship. During the beginning, CG is in control, represented by him sitting in the front. She's chasing him. She gives him a food that he likes which shows that she knows him well (his ex). But once sex is brought into the mix, the girl suddenly has control which is why they switch seats after making out. The vision gets blurry to show CG's confusion. Then the girl drives back to where she started meaning she's going back to the guy she left CG for.
