Nike Air Hangar / TVA Architects


The Nike Air Hangar is a 40,000 square foot facility located at the suburban Hillsboro Airport, on the outskirts of Portland. Privately owned by Nike, Inc., it houses three Gulfstream G5 jets for executive business travel. In addition to the requisite support space for flight planning and airplane maintenance, the Hangar provides amenities for travelers and pilots such as a lounge, exercise facilities, executive suites, meeting space, and a gourmet kitchen.-ArchDaily

A+I Design Corp for SYPartners Office



SYPartners is a company that enables CEOs to solve complexities within their companies. The designers over at A+I, help create an environment that is best with working with other people. Lots of space for ideas to form. The spacious rooms give the building a more modern look, other than that clustered cubical feel.

Rosa Parks Apartments / Landon Bone Baker Architects



Out in the Chicago area, the new Rosa Parks Apartments, located in the West Humboldt Park neighborhood.
All of the buildings are built of 8” thick precast concrete walls with engineering wood trusses at floors and roof. Thin brick is cast into the precast at the street facades. At the sides and rear of the buildings the precast was formed with a brick pattern liner and painted. 6 of the 8 buildings are 3 stories tall, and the remaining 2 are 4-story elevator buildings. 20% of the apartments provided are fully accessible or adaptable.-ArchDaily
